How to lessen the inches around your belly?

  • 1.The first thing you should do when you get up from bed is to have a warm glass of water with one teaspoon of honey and half a lemon squeezed up in it. Drinking this glass of water will help your intestines to work properly and eliminate all toxic from your body.

  • 2.After then give your 15 minutes to one of the exercise with which i had been benefited a lot.
    That exercise is CRUNCHES
    Half crunches and full crunches will help u lot. Three sets of 25 is good for beginners.

  • 3.Never ever thrive on dinner before 3 hours of going to bed.
    Example: If you are going to bed at 10 pm then stop eating all those carbs and fats before 7 of that evening.
    Because after eating you do not have any other job except sleeping and while sleeping your body consumes all those carbs and fats around your belly.
